An initial CV review, a first conversation with our team, then a technical discussion covering halal requirements and audit practice. For auditor roles we also assess competence against our qualification criteria. Most processes conclude within three to four weeks.

English is our working language. Beyond that it depends on the office — German for Switzerland and Germany, Spanish for Madrid, French for France, Greek for Thessaloniki. Arabic is valued in every role but not required.

Audit roles require on-site presence at client facilities, so travel is part of the job. Administrative, technical review and training roles offer greater flexibility, including hybrid and fully remote arrangements in some cases.

It varies by region and season, but auditors typically spend a meaningful share of their working time at client sites. Travel is planned in advance and expenses are fully covered.
